E-Trail Report Generator

E-Trail DA Report provides a comprehensive reporting facility for E-Trail Digital Archive. These reports are designed to provide statistical analysis on the electronic communications retained in the archive. Reports are produced in a web browser and can be exported to PDF, XML or CSV file formats. The reports include analysis on: The total number of messages sent to (or from or both) for a given person or department code over a user defined date range plotted by day, week, month as specified by the user. The largest senders (or receivers or both) of internal (or external or both) email sorted in descending order. The user selects person/department and list size. A descending list of the most communications between two users or department codes for a given date range. User selects the number of entries in the report. The number of messages sent (or received or both) from one person or department code to one or more people (or department codes) for a given date range.
